RESET Meal Prep was created by three individuals with a passion for healthy living and high quality, great tasting food. Ross & Craig Kinsey (brothers & Sport Scientists) have opened numerous wellness centres across the North West and have a passion for helping people achieve optimum health. Executive Chef Steve Morgan has over 25 year’s experience in the catering industry developing mouth-watering menus & serving exceptional food in some of the best hotels and restaurants across the UK.
DETOX
Detox Plans
Our 3 & 6 detox plans are designed to rest and cleanse the digestive system and flush harmful toxins from the body. The digestive system uses a huge amount of energy so when rested this extra energy can be used to heal & repair the body. A detox plan is perfect for kickstarting a healthy lifestyle or used as a regular cleanse to ensure good digestive health.
Freezer Space
Our three-day plans contain 12 units of prep and our 6 day plans 24 units. Ensure you have spare freezer space if you don’t intend starting your plan the day after delivery! Our prep lasts 3 days once defrosted.
Plant Based Meals
Our current plans are all plant based which means they can help reduce the risk of heart disease, cancer, diabetes and inflammation as well as help to reduce body fat, BMI and cholesterol.
Support
